Our
Projects

E-Studio 101 has a variety of projects that they need to complete. As the newly employed Project Manager, you will need to pick one of these projects to complete from start to finish.

This means you will use the same project for ALL your assessments throughout the course.

Choose wisely, as the company will not accept any swapping of projects mid-flight of the project.

There are a number of organisational policies and procedures that you need to familiarise yourself with prior to beginning your project – so make sure that you review this documentation on the website.

E-Studio 101 Student Marketing Gig

Sponsor: Seedlip Marketing Director – Fred Glasses

A client (Seedlip) has requested a marketing job to be completed by the students at E-Studio 101, as they have seen the portfolio of previous students and want to provide opportunities to the current students.

They need a mock-up designed for their Non-Alcoholic Gin, and a promotional activity that runs for 3 months for its release.

They have decided to branch out from alcoholic beverages to non-alcoholic beverages as more Australians decide to go sober. They saw it as an opportunity to expand their market for those who still enjoy the flavour of gin, but want to maintain their sobriety.

This project has 1 month to complete and a budget of $15,000 inclusive of all labour and procurement of all equipment required to complete and contingency of 10%.

The solutions architect has determined the following requirements:

  • Any designs created by the students need to be reviewed by the Design Mentor, and approved to be sent to the client. Students will be paid based on their skill level.

  • A mock-up of a 700ml bottle

  • The promotional activity can be outsourced to 101 Marketing, but must be included in the cost of the project, the following is included in the scope of this task:

    • Campaign materials such as images that are going to be used in the promotional activity. Dependency on the mock-up being completed by E-101 studio, or any additional elements required to create the campaign materials.

    • Campaign to run for 3 months leading up to the release of the product

    • Social media management for the 3 months - not included is continual social media management after project completion. The client may request these services from 101 Marketing directly after completion of the project.
